Although these ladies were very nice, I won’t be back. A tip is optional based on service provided. Granted I do tip well, the lady that did my massage was trying to force me to tip more than I had already given her. My massage was for 90 minutes. The lady walked out twice during the service leaving the door ajar both times. At least 10 minutes of my massage was interrupted. My massage didn’t start until 1:10. At 2:27 she said it had been 90 minutes. I still tipped her $20 dollars despite all of this. She was trying to show me a tipping chart they have posted saying I had to give her $40 for tip. Are you kidding me? Edit: the owner has replied saying there is no posted tipping guide in the spa so I guess I was just making things up…? The lady that did my massage was absolutely trying to force me to give her more money. It was on the wall right below the sign that shows pricing for massages. She brought me out of the massage room to point at it and demand that I tip her more based on the chart she was pointing at. If I am to reach out privately, can you provide the way I am supposed to reach out to you? If these things aren’t supposed to be happening, then you should look into your employees more closely.
